Visit our full FAQ pageThe single-event offer suits an organization that wants to use Petit Duc just once, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits must be used for that event and don't carry over.
The annual plan is better suited to organizations that hold multiple events. It lets you create an unlimited number of events, within the limit of available credits, carry over unused credits indefinitely as long as it remains active, and enjoy better rates on additional credits.
A credit covers one participant. The number of credits is determined by the participant estimate provided when setting up the event, then adjusted at the final report based on the actual number.
Some automated features can also be activated using credits. Their cost will be clearly shown before activation.
You can add credits at any time. No overage fee is applied automatically: you choose when to top up your balance or move to a higher plan.
The Organisation and Partenaire annual plans also offer bigger discounts on additional credits.
Yes. You can move to a higher plan as your needs grow. Your existing balance stays available, and the new credits are added to your account.
Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, to keep billing and credit management simple.
An event is a distinct activity for which you create a data collection and a report — such as a conference, festival, gala, or professional gathering.
Multiple days that are part of the same edition can generally be grouped into a single event, depending on how the collection needs to be organized.
